NOW Walnut/Wormwood parasite cleanse causing Enormous bloating

I'm a week into a parasite cleanse and am incredibly bloated - pregnancy bloated - from gas & water retention. I can hardly wear my clothes & have a double-chin that smooths when I press it, so this must be water retention. Am eating vegetarian diet with no gluten, grain or milk products. Could die-off be causing this? I'm using NOW brand 'Fresh Green Black Walnut Wormwood Complex' & have passed a couple of different kinds of parasites.

Since the second day I've been very tired and heavy-feeling, and have had huge black circles under my eyes. Bowel movements are regular and there's no psyllium in this product, however I'm not passing all the water I'm drinking (10 glasses or so a day with lime, also a couple of glasses of water with a Tbsp of ACV). Any ideas?

I did read somewhere that this could be Tapeworms releasing yeast during their die-off. Is this normal? Would welcome advice from anyone experienced in parasite cleanses on whether it's safe for me to continue. My intuition says keep going.
