Yeah, I am eating meat,fish and lots of veg. No carbs except root veg, potatoes and no grains. No dairy. This extreme diet is only temporary to find out what is causing such a bad ezcema flare-up at the moment (very unusual for me). I am way too thin so I can't be strict for long. It's a vicious circle because when BM's are better the ezcema goes and the food sensitivities improve. I have had good times when I have been able to eat all foods and now I am back to square one. TCM is good for me but it didn't cure constipation. (I've done a colon scan BTW)
