This is why I only use top grade grape seed oil as the ones available from Mountain Rose Herbs. My ultimate choice is to purchase the whole grape seeds and grind them as I do in Jordan.  I have found it difficult to find them on the web.  Grape seeds would not make you anemic and quite the opposite.  Grape seeds cannot be taken with pharms though.  If you are taking any pharmaceutical medicine, the medicine may be causing the problem.

I don't know where you purchased your oil from but some are very low quality.  Turmeric is best absorbed with water as per Dr. Mercola.  Turmeric is not easily absorbed and that is why I mix mine with marigold flowers and pepper. So for each tablespoon of turmeric, I add in 1 t. of pepper. This will increase the potency to 1000 times.
