Re: Day 5 Completed - should I drive while water fasting?

I do not think driving is a problem, I am 60 and I have fasted the last two years for 13 days each time. 10 days year before that and 6 days before that etc.
After about 10 days my blood pressure comes down significantly and slowly rises again over 6 mths after the fast. I can do fairly normal work with breaks for a snooze a time or two during the day and if I do any quite physical work I just have to take it easy and slower, but I can do similar work to when not fasting, just not for the same length of time. I am contemplating another fast soon.
