Re: Nutritional balancing and insomnia

I'm not on the full program yet, everything I'm taking is designed to help me be calm and tired to give a chance for my adrenals rest up while my Cal, mg, k, and na build up, then I well be on the full program. I was sleeping better before and had a bit of a crash the same week I started so I thought that was causing my sleep issues but I am usually back to a good sleep pattern by this time after a crash. Its still early for me but I do think I am already detoxing based on some other stuff. Any way, thanks for the response and advice!
