Mine is hindsight. I new it did not fall from the sky. I was able to connect my anxieties, mood swings and irregular menstrual cycle and hypoglycemia to the time I got the 4 tooth bridge. So yes I did find out that it did come from heavy metals, including copper, aluminum and mercury. (Which I am now releasing).
What made my moods worse was complex carbs, any form of sugar including a tsp of honey on a daily basis. I was a carb a-holic a few years back. I now can eat some of this stuff with out getting into those moods (not much because of trying to watch what I do eat). It was very scary. I do not get this way anymore...I really like me now, once again. I also know now that mine was due to chemical reaction, not no under lying issues. I am at peace with my childhood, I forgave and moved on years ago..So when I was told to work on under lying issues, I new it was not any of that for me.
