Calcium Therapy

I saw the dentist recently after a long hiatus. I was informed my mouth was full of infection and that I needed root planing/some teeth pulled.

I had thought my daily practice of OP would avoid such problems, but apparently not.

However, the day before the dental appt, I had received the calcium treatment materials I ordered from the Calcium Therapy Institute. After some consideration and online research, I decided to refuse the root planing and put my faith in the calcium materials, which are specifically about treating gum disease.

Perhaps this may help those who aren't finding the results they would like with OP. I do plan to continue OPing along with the calcium therapy materials.
