I'm sorry, but I did reply to you. I said what I had to say, but you kept repeating yourself. I'm on the anti-Candida diet, I do eat lots of fiber. I just include oils and meat. I have problems digesting raw vegetables, and my symptoms worsen, unlike you. I also do not have the money to be getting enough vegetables to get enough calories, so I would be extremely malnourished on top of dropping weight. I live with 5 other people, and we're on the verge of losing this house, so I can't buy loads of vegetables to fill me up just for myself. And the vegetables you've mentioned (ie raw spinach) is no good for someone with thyroid problems. And you mention white potatoes? Horrible for systemic Candida. By the way, I said no negativity please, that's the last thing I need right now. And your post before you went back and edited it sounded rude. So if you have nothing positive to say then please don't say it at all. Thanks. Have fun at the gym.
