I am also 5 months post removal. The sore throat and sore chest symptoms you have sound somewhat similar to mine. I started having my second crash about 6 weeks ago and it was really bad at first but I've been slowly(and I mean slowly) getting better. I also had thyroid tests done and they came back normal. You're not alone in your symptoms, but hopefully you and I both with get better.
