I finally found out my Digital multi meter.

I found osmething curious though, maybe you know about it:

If i test the 9V battery in my zapper, its at 7V (its old).

But when i test to electrodes, they are at 3.5V, pretty much exactly half. Is it the way Zappers are supposed to be? is it because of the square wave?
