Step one is stop the fat and oils. I was at least managing the beast eating fat free fish and a ton of greens. Nobody is agreeing so I'll say it again and again. You said yourself the coconut oil makes you sick. It's screwing up your liver so nothing digests right. Furthermore this little problem you think you have with fresh vegetables is b--it and you have been getting bad advice. A vegetable based diet is the only cleanse. You have hypothyroid and digestive distress because of candida; not a diet rich in leafy greens. My advice is, live off greens for 3 days to clean house. And chose to add back starches like me or the leanest protein. Candida can't live off spinach and cod fish is cheap and won't fat up your intestines and liver. This will at least help clean out your brain and stop the insane depression.
