Too bad I can't edit a post, I realised the "Oh and the cholesterol part? LDL, and triglycerides down by 25% or so, and HDL up by 30%." might sound like me. No those are not my numbers -- too early, but the expected numbers.

Again, it has to be real niacin that causes the flushes, not the slow release or non-flushing kind.
