It's all about your perception of the world, your beliefs of what is useful or not, of what is good or not.

The obstructions and parasites load will surely influence your thoughts, your behavior, your external appearance.

One interesting thing to think about, which is mentionned in the book "Parasite Rex", is :
What you consider as a good food or a good behavior, is good because it is beneficial for your body health and mental health or is good for the nourrishment and reproduction of the parasites that live in your body ?

With this in mind, you will perceive foods differently.

Is it better to have a human body which functions and looks like 20 at 50 or even at 70 ?

Is it better to focus your energy and actions on taking care of your family and girlfriend/boyfriend and on learning new things and creating new things ?

Or is it better to be a fat pig watching tv all day long ?

It's all a matter of perception, beliefs, and choices.

Also to keep a great body health is not about decreasing the entry of foods, it is about optimising the evacuation of obstructions, parasites, and the healing of irritated/cut/damaged tissues. There are many humans who eat junk foods and are healthy, probably because of a well functionning elimination and a low parasites load...
