You need to change the diet from raw to cooked veggies that you can assimilate. start taking bone broths, meat bones broth with cooked carrots Celery , cabbage,peas etc. You need to eat digestable foods. Raw foods cleans cooked foods rebuild. You need to rebuild, raw foods are for healthy people to cleanse. You will also need cod liver oil and maybe digestive enzymes. Stay on the L glutamine.
