L-forms

I have 2 different dark-field blood tests(about a year apart) that showed (hard to believe that's a word, showed)
L- forms
Are omega3's from the "power of krill" or "Nordic naturals" a no-no? How about "Barlean's flax" or "omega man"? Olive oil?

I have been taking different omega 3's for most of my adult(!) life since cardio disease runs in the family (I'm learning that it may ALL JUST BE DIET)

I would like to ask all of you what your opinions are of my daily supplement list ?
upon Waking,
16-32 oz of filtered water up to 10 drops Logol's

1 Zerbo's wild Mediterranean oregano oil cap (strong stuff! 2 sometimes 3 for the day)
I wash those down with glass of water with 30 drops each of "Herb Pharm" fresh green hull black walnut extract, occasionally blue vervain... one heaping tablespoon Diatomaceous earth, I sometimes eat a little amount (1 tablespoon) protein with this.

20min to half hour later

That is used to wash down
1 Solaray BioCitrate(tm) Magnesium,
1 Olive leaf extract 17% oleuropin,

1 Country life Zinc picolinate,
1 Megafood Balanced B complex,
1 Superior Source B-12/B-6& Folic Acid micro lingual (methylcobalamin B-12),
1 Solgar Folate 800mcg,
2 Nature's Way DIM-plus,
2 Nordic Naturals Omega 3 fish oil caps
1 Occasional pumpkin oil cap or two also (prostate)
Then I eat something!
*1-2 occasional CoQ10 cap* this is taken several hours from taking vitamins

After work I take some MSM in the water with the last dose of anti- parasite herbs w/ Cherry juice concentrate

Occasionally in the evening, weekends off! I will have some red wine and or Tequila so I don't end up taking the herbs after that...but next day usually right back on track

I also fit into my daily eating habits 1-3 raw garlic cloves and total of about a tablespoon and 1/2 of Cayenne pepper powder.
