i was concerned about that too, i worked with Lam and was having a lot of trouble with c because of that. But I seem to be fine with some normal amounts of c now, since doing RBTI. I know of another person who couldn't tolerate vit c and after doing something similar to RBTI was able to. It makes me wonder if there is something about being deficient in calcium specifically that affects our ability to absorb vitamin c. RBTI primarily uses calcium to rebuild the body's mineral reserve.
