I have been searching in the net and I can not find a single place where it's said that the 15Hz frequency in a Zapper is a cancer causing frequency. Furthermore the Terminator Zapper which is even in Amazon uses 15Hz. Although it says that the 9v battery is adapted to 4.5v. 0 of 0 (0%) readers agree with this message.
