Good advice. I do feel that I am somewhat of a guinea pig in this arena, but have heard good things about tis doctors ability to think outside the box. He was not the one who told me I have low cortisol. I found out through 24 hour saliva test. My load was 18. Low in a.m. low curve all ay. This is after having two years of high, which I didn't do anything about:-( anyways my biggest concern is the not eating thing and setting me back. But feel these test could definitely shed some light on how exactly my brain, endocrine systems are functioning. At least that is the point of the test.
