Explained simplistically (to explain in detail would require a lot of writing).

Have a healthy diet and lifestyle. Your diet should contain natural unprocessed vegetarian food, with a lot of salads and fresh fruit. Avoid meat, sugar, manufactured foods, and all unhealthy foods and drinks.

Promote detoxification.

Include alterative herbs. These will promote elimination of toxins from the fibroid. A good alterative herb is red clover. Other examples include burdock, yellow dock, and echinacea. There are many others. Barley grass also has an alterative action, and is much more convenient to take, so I suggest including it. I suggest include at least barley grass and red clover. If you can't get these, other alterative herbs will be effective.

Be aware, if you take too much of alterative herbs, you may release too many toxins too fast, and you may feel terrible. If that happens, reduce the dose. The bowel and kidneys can only release toxins at a certain rate. Take alterative herbs at a dose which releases toxins from the fibroid at an appropriate rate. This may vary from person to person.

Spend a lot of time with your skin exposed to sunlight. This produces vitamin D, which is very important for detoxification. If you have fair skin, don't overdo it on any one day, as you will get sunburnt.

Take Silybum marianum, sold as Milk thistle or St. Mary's thistle. This will improve your liver health if you have damaged it by alcohol.

If you have anything which may reduce the effectiveness of detoxification, that need to be addressed. For example, constipation.

Persevere. If you give up after a short time, it will not work.

There are many other things you can do for detoxification.

Some people use juice fasting. Others use water fasting. I suggest only fasting one or two days at a time, and having health food at other times. (There are some on curezone who recommend long fasts)
