You're doing so well and coping nicely with the mostly unavoidable aspects of fasting. Please keep taking the dizzy spells and cloudiness as warnings that say "maintenance is in progress, apologies for any delays" It's guaranteed that your bloodpressure will be reducing but this translates into a higher heartbeat when you get active. The blood will be getting thinner and gradually the blood vessels less constricted and until the blood supply adjusts to balance this, it takes more work by the heart to circulate the blood.

According to some Hygienists, there is an inverse relationship between being energetic and efficient healing. When you feel you have energy to spare, you naturally get up and get busy but this deprives the body of that energy to get on with the important fasting restorative effort. Feeling weak is a great incentive for staying in bed and choosing to tackle those non-urgent chores some other time but is often a sign that serious internal work is going on that requires inactivity.

By tongue, do you mean the soreness is still there?
