This is interesting, and this explains why weak zappers produce some die off.

I see 2 problems with this approach :
1)It has been reported that some parasites have the ability to secrete elements so that they can be considered as normal by the human cells, and thus the cells won't try to kill and to eliminate them. (interesting read about this : immunity to parasites by Derek Wakelin)
It seems that humans have the ability to react to a parasites infection when the eggs or larvaes have just been ingested, but then when the parasites have grown, they have the ability to secrete elements to trick the immune system.

2)The materials composing the inside of the human body, the obstructions, the empty spaces, create more resistance to the current, so with a weak zapper (i mean a low voltage and a low allowed intensity) i don't think the current will be able to reach all parts of the body with enough intensity. Of course this also depends on the positionning of the electrodes and the kind of electrodes used.
