Candida diet - Gymnema for Sugar Cravings

Folks, I'm heading into my second battle fighting candida issues. I was having a terrible time starting the candida diet again, finding myself unable to stop eating at least one large dessert item daily -- key lime pie, frozen yogurt, oatmeal cookies, oh my. A total candida disaster.

I mentioned this to my yoga instructor, and he suggested trying Gymnema Silvestre, which I had never heard of. I purchased a bottle, and cannot believe how effective it has been in helping me get back into the diet again easily. I used it for about two weeks, having about six pills a day. He suggested chewing the pills, which taste like dirt, rather than swallowing them. They seem to regulate your blood sugar, so I did not get the crazy mid-afternoon sugar cravings. The pills also do not let you taste sweet briefly for a bit after taking it.

After a few weeks, I find that I don't even need much anymore, I'm just taking 1-2 a day just in case. This was so incredibly useful to me that I had to come back to CureZone to share this tip that really has worked for me.
