Nice post, very long indeed. I suppose I agree a tid bit about the dairy situation, however...I have found in the long and tedious battle with acne that it is more related to toxins. Toxins from Hormones (in some people, toxins from Smoking, alcohol, fried foods, you name it. Sometimes even Dairy! :) It truly depends on the person and I firmly believe that. The toxins in acne-free folks get processed through the liver but in our case our liver is somewhat shot, making it not strong enough to get the toxins out, meaning your body then pushes the toxins out of your skin. So if you have problem number 2 (number one is a crusty liver) number 2 would be skin that doesn't renew fast enough, so things like toxins get caught and mix with sebum causing acne. The best natural remedies for these two issues.

Milk Thistle (for the liver regeneration)
Flax Seed (for skin renewal in a timely fashion)
