So sorry to hear about your father.  If you are Muslim, then you know stomach cancer leads to being a shaheed and patience is rewarded.  You like many overseas do not have access to many remedies that can help.  There are many things you can do to save or make your father more comfortable. 

Stage IV means the cancer has spread so time is of the essence.  I will suggest remedies easily accessible to you. The number one thing you should be using is Lufft:The name may be different in your country, so this article has pictures.

Combine this with Nigella Sativa. Your remedy should be 2 capsules of dried lufft daily combined with 3 teaspoons of nigella sativa, black cumin oil and 4 cloves of garlic.  Now the Nigella sativa should be taken:

1 teaspoon mixed with raw honey or juice 1/2 hour before breakfast

1 teaspoon as above in the afternoon and before sleep.

I can't emphasize the importance of saffron enough.  One man cured his cancer by drinking saffron tea.  In your father's case, it is just part of a regime needed.

Saffron tea (1 glass)
10 saffron threads
1 teaspoon of honey or Stevia substitution (raw honey and no sugar)
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Place the saffron and the honey in a mug and pour the hot water over the ingredients.
Steep for 5 to 6 minutes.
Enjoy!!!
