Liverflush/stone update: experience log

For at least a week i have pretty much ran nothing but the liverflush followed by stone breaker scripts and have been roughly averaging 6g Mag malate a day, and have been eating nothing but scd yogurt, ghee, coconut oil, and modest amounts of fruit, and....i have even done the actual flush about two days ago. Yet still....my bile flow is pathetic and my liver definitely seems to be considerably clogged all-in-all.
So...i am thinking that it might be Ascaris and/or some other buggers clogging things up. therefore i am now commencing to choke down my vervaine-jk, the VCO extract doesnt taste bad to me-and will be running some scripts, albeit strategically to avoid the negative feedback loop that strong die-off creates.
