Sorry to hear about your problems. Do you have lyme? It's probably the only thing that can demolish a healthy person from one day to another.

I never had these problems to begin with. I started doing liver flushes to improve my digestion. As I made room in there and started to take parasite herbs the worms got increasingly wilder and started moving into my liver. They probably were there all along but they were not manifesting themselves in any way. Now they're fighting back for their life so I can feel them clearly wriggling. It started with the colon, then the small intestine, the duodenum and the liver. One night I woke up with excruciating pain in my solar plexus as one big worm was making its way through the sphincter of Odi (that separates the common bile duct from the duodenum), then into the common bile duct to eventually end up in the farthest corner of the liver. All of this was very painful. Occasionally I feel it moving. Other worms swim casually in my stomach and the intestines. I hear them splashing around shamelessly.

The vervain calms them so that they stop feeding and eventually die. I take 1TBS in the morning and one in the evening. Probably i should take more but I'm not home during the day.

For bile flow i take taurine, lecithin, milk thistle and mag malate.

For Krosser, you know your bile is flowing sufficiently when you hear it gurgling. You should have normal bowel movements after each meal. No bile=no bowel movements. Typically i hear the gurgling after i do a liver flush. After a few days I'm plugged again and no more sound effects.

Bottom line, nothing has improved for me so far. After killing a very large animal about a month ago my condition started worsening. I think it was from the metal dump and the colon paralysis caused by the worms. Now i gain weight inexplicably, possibly due to some viruses that were unleashed.
