try beet kvass to get your bile flowing. It works great for me

My method is really simple. Cut up a few medium beets into small pieces and put them in a Mason jar add some warm water, and add a couple of scoops of yogurt culture starter. Let sit for about a day or two.

It really does wonders for your liver and digestive system. it is a bile thinner and deliver stimulant
