If you have a ND they can do a test for Iodine deficiency. I just tried it and felt so much better. Also I got NO effect on regular iodine sold at health food stores. You need the appropriate strength of Lugol's solution.

I have not seen anyone post that they had a bad experience with iodine (unlike MMS or peroxide therapy). Obviously you want to start with a low dosage and gradually work your way up until you get to a point where you start to notice a difference. This is the point where the iodine in your system is strong enough to start displacing the toxic halogens like flouride, bromide, etc. that have poisoned your thyroid.

Iodine is absolutely necessary for our endocrine system to operate properly, and the massive amounts of toxic halogens in our lives today is why so many people become deficient and don't even know it.
