you will not get the same results every time regardless the machine/equipment/method used

that's my own experience and after treating pathogens for almost three years I learned (what others here knew already also, those who were at this for a longer time) that active pathogens in your body change frequently, so even the most reliable method would give you slightly different reading any time you would have it done

many pathogens are inactive and then something triggers them to be recognized etc.

I think the major ones, those creating the most issues in your body would be there all the time though (at least that was my own experience - and would explain why you got different readings by different muscle-testing individuals)
