No anti-fungals in the evening/anything that causes  bad symptoms/ detox reactions

Limit sugar/high fat /salt or anything that speeds up metabolism in the evening...a good meal @ night is low fat fish/deep green leafy veggies, Eating a light meal @ night can help/not eating past 5 or 6pm...It is essential to not eat a heavy meal @ night/not to eat late at night

Potassium bicarbonate/ melatonin works well for me, epsolm salt bath can help

Have you tried melatonin?
