Electromagnetic and Micro Current Theropies

Dear Forum,

I suffer from brain fog, presumably from becoming dehydrated for a prolonged period. I have cerebral atrophy.
My condition is better or worse depending on my sleep quality, and my hormone balance, it seems. I am better when I am at the start of my testosterone cycle.

I am interested in trying the various magnetic and micro current theropies available. There seems to be a wide variety of options and opinions out there. Has anyone tried any of these, and could recommend a device or system?

I have run across the Earth Pulse, magnetic pulser, The Sota units, and various micro current units like the Micro-II.
