I'm afraid your comments re' Herbert Shelton are in ignorance of the facts.
Shelton's premature death (90) was due to decades of overworking for his cause, and which eventually took its toll on his physique and nervous system. He was also the unwitting victim of a DHA deficiency, both of which resulted in his Parkinsons disease.
It is common knowledge that any undue stress on the body (overwork for example) will require more than the average nutrients from even the best of diets.
He was examined by his close friend, Dr Joel Fuhrman MD, towards the end of his life which confirmed this prognosis, but too late to do anything for him.

I have personally recovered from Advanced Leukemia over 30 years ago using Hygienic principles, and which I adhere to today.
A body which is free from toxemia (of an endogenous and exogenous origin) and which is supported by optimized nutrition with a strong immune system, is free from any disease, including parasites.
One of the oldest professional practitioners of Natural Hygiene, Dr Keki Sidhwa, still runs 2 miles a day and leads a very active life in his late 80's.

I have also never suffered from any parasitical infestation: I wonder why that could be?
