Thanks Newport. I'm thinking the c/salt is going to be very helpful for me overall because last night I took a pretty good dose and got up this morning not feeling like I was a in a train wreck. Not good, but not bad, less dizzy and less weakness. I still couldn't move from where I was sitting for about two hours I just sat and read and answered some email but then I was able to get up and make myself something to eat. Then I sleep again around mid to late afternoon but at least once a week I get up and go right back to bed and sleep another 3-5 hours. This is pertty much the norm for me in the last few years.
