15 years of hell...finally over.

So far this is the best thing that's happened to me. Nothing else has worked.

HOME BREWED KOMBUCHA - the more the better. Get it going on tap, continuously fermenting.

Lyprinol - the most potent form of omega 3 fatty acids I have found. Trying USANA next, will have to update on that.

Skin b5 tablets - yes, they ABSOLUTELY work. I take 2 tabs 3 x per day, more if I feel like it's not 100% clear, that's right 100% clear. These also contain zinc and vit A. Important.

Gunderson's Red Iron. All others are toxic and hardly absorbed. Only take this if you are deficient!!!

Multi vitamin. Just got my USANA Essentials pack in the mail. Will have to do a write up on their products if they are as good as they say they are. Sourced from natural ingredients (like food!) as opposed to Rio Tinto mines... I just tested their skin care range tonight and WOW! So smoothe! :-D

3 months ago I wanted to kill myself if I had to look in the mirror at my HIDEOUS DISEASE and wish I knew the answer. Now I know it I can't believe it was that simple. Only took 10 years of trial and error!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

F***ing Hell.

Do yourself a favour: get brewing. Take the omegas and the B5. Your life will never be the same again.
