AGT and everyone else: The health of the body depends on the condition of the colon and liver. Get those cleaned out. That will take some time. Settle down and concentrate. The body will take care of the rest, but the stuff from the lymph, blood and cells will need more liver flushes, IF the liver can't take care of it itself, These are the two basic things you have to keep concentrating on. Then the nutrients the body needs to help detoxify and feed. This has been emphasized. Then, anything concerning the tissues will be taken care of by the body automatically.

There are a lot of things to concentrate on or add to this that will help, but if you really want to get well, and can concentrate on ONLY THESE THINGS, it will happen.


We all know there comes a "Point of no return" if you don't want to put these 2 cleaning protocols into operation. It's your choice.
