Thank you for your response. The vivid dreams are a huge sign of improved health. They were helping you a lot. What prompted you to stop? It seems to me that if most people had to choose avoiding 90% of foods for the rest of their life, or taking b5 and eating, looking and smelling completely normal, most would choose the b5.

I've done a lot of research before I ever decided to jump into this b5 self treatment. I also watched some videos on B5 and people were saying they used the vitamin for a year and then stopped. To their surprise, their acne stayed mainly clear along with their digestive issues. They weren't selling anything. They were just youtubers. I will be glad to provide you with links.

I understand where you are coming from and that you didn't have a lasting experience with it. I am sorry to hear that. For me, it has worked really well and I just want to help others get better too. Like you, I have been through a lot myself. I've gone vegetarian for years, vegan for more years as I got worse;I've done zapping, collodial silver, urine therapy, liver flushes, master cleanses, in addition to a wide array of other remedies that I thought might help. Some worked pretty well, most didn't. It has been a 16 year journey. Now I eat what I want, I look nice, I smell good and I feel healthy. The only thing I do avoid now is soda and ice cream.
