Day 2 of my new life

So upon Uny's recommendation, and a wise one at that, I started getting my body properly responding to the IF's of the colon cleanse before beginning my 30 day jumpstart.

Yesterday, I had terrible gas, I mean really gross. But I only had 2 small bowel movements and then took 1 IF#2.

Today the gas was even WORSE, lol. I was out and about all day and that was challenging. I kept feeling like I needed to poop but it was all just gas coming out, except one small BM. So after dinner I took 2 IF#1's. Within 15 minutes, I had a huge BM! relief. I got a horrible headahce that is still lingering. Then I had another BM about 2 hours later. The gas isn't as constant, but still pretty frequent.

My stomach is burning a bit and I know the headache is due to detox I'm sure.

Is all this normal? Thoughts on what is happening. Gross, but I'm excited about it. lol
