God may heal, but not so sure about 'John of God'

I did not say I did not believe in God's power to heal, but I am more than a bit skeptical about those who purport to magically heal via mumbo jumbo and distance healing and such.  Some may actually work, but too many others send their agents here to spam for them - and my biggest concern is that people may be duped into following the advice of these so-called healers and miss out on advice and information here which might save their lives..

The example you posted about Catherine's experience with "John of God" appears to be a horrible one for validating anything he does. From what you have posted about Catherine, she may well have been someone who would have benefitted from alternative information here far more than anything "John" did for her.  Your message says that she was first diagnosed in 2001, visited "John" in May 2004 and then died six months later in October 2004.   I don't see that "John" did anything remarkable for her at all.
