It's important for people to start "per the instructions", because that IS what works best for most. If someone starts by 'staggering the doses throughout the day', they have no "baseline"...and they may end up taking way more than they'd actually need.

When those that have less than 1 bm daily get started, sometimes a few 'turbo expulsions' may be very beneficial for getting everything jump-started and normalized (???).
