Well the supplement is called Cataplex B but the b vitamins come from a food sources. I am suppose to be working my way up to 3 a day. Along with the other Symplex F which has Magnesium but doesn't say how much exactly because it is a propriety blend. Am now just at two of each but that is only very recently. So I think they address the issue just in a food based form I believe. Easier to assimilate and get into blood stream I think. sorry my brain is fried. All are from Standard Process is you wont to check them out.
