Your most of all diseases shall be solved with urine therapy and doing exercise for 25 days in a month and can leave 5 days of menses so if you are interested may write so i can guide but mean you can follow as below:-
you have to do exercise daily and increase exercise so you may get sweat from your pores as at present I think you do not get sweat so your diabetes shall be cured
You have to laugh as many times as you can as I think you do not laugh or you rarely laugh
You may drink fresh urine through your nostrils more and more at a time then after that you have to blow your nose properly as I think you do not blow your nose so you may not get asthma any more
You are not to drink water during eating food but to drink water only an hour after eating food as I think you are not doing it also
You have to drink more water as you may have not have habit to drink more water
You may drink fresh urine through mouth so your gallbladder problem and most of other diseases shall be cured
