I have studied different tribes, indiginous peoples, thier lands, diets from all over the world, and they all have one thing in common, they all died or are all dead now.

I have looked at many older authors works on diet and they too have one thing in common, they all died and are all dead now.

Looking at many more current diet authors, many of them also died, or they are fat or bald or bloated or have bulging bags under thier eyes, sallow bad skin, wrinkles, distented intestines, pot bellies and obvious signs of age and unhealthy deterioration, or they just drop dead of heart attacks after they write thier diet books, like Atkins did.

The best diet I found for humans is fruitarian liquidarian, coconut plant fats and herbs. no vegetables, no meats, no pasta grain or paste, no junk

All early fruitarian authors died from accident, there were no reports of fruitarians dying from illness or old age.
