Re: Cut out grains/fats?

did you do a 100% vegetables diet? i am thinking of only eating veggies for a whole week but i get hungry. i love to eat and have always been skinny. with being sick i have lost even more weight that i cant afford to.

i dont think grains are a big problem for me but i have no way of knowing. all i know is im still sick....parasites, eczema, candida, leaky gut, hair loss.

whats your recipe for green smoothies?
