I will say that after 3 weeks benzo's (Activan)slowly begin to ruin your sleep so be careful and set a definite plan to drop them or you may never sleep properly again like Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger, Whitney Houston and many others who used them to destruction. They were not the major cause of death, but when you cannot sleep properly and become more anxious during the day because of them without knowing the cause you are tempted to try many other things.

Even if you are not dependent the recommended plan to stop is over several weeks, cutting them in half, full one one day, half the next for a week, then half every day for a week, then half one day, quarter the next for a week, etc. That is the most gentle way to drop them.

Anyway, congratulations again on your fast and your weight reduction and your great posts.
