Hey maelynn! Im a mom of a five year old girl :) she's my little herbalist in the making. That's what she says she wants to be when she grows up! She's so funny. Listen to this,when i picked her up from school yesterday i asked how her day was she said "i didn't like snack time. It tasted so yucky,it was colored goldfish" (they are crackers,for those of you who dont have kids). "The colors are soo bad for you!" Lol,she knows better than to eat food with coloring. Then i asked if she was able to buy milk for lunch. We just got back from spring break vacation and i had no juice boxes for her lunch and no containers to give her anything to drink. So i let her buy milk. Eww. Her answer was "yes it was so gross" me:"why?" Her:" it wasn't organic mom,really it wasn't,believe me!" I laughed and said i believed her :)
Anyway,when my daughter started kindergarten this year she of course started to get sick with ear infections. She never had been exposed to any type of daycare or school before. I really had to keep her diet clean...and here's what might be helpful. My daughter prefers to take her tinctures in a shot glass. The very small ones. She gets 1-3 droppers full depending on what tincture amd if she's sick or not. Fill the rest with apple juice(organic) you would think she would rather a big glass to dilute it,but no. She even takes the blood detox tincture. Which has cayenne and garlic (if i recall correctly). And she doesn't shoot them down her throat. She holds them in her mouth and then chases with water. Silly girl. She also wears castor oil packs and does dry skin brushing. There are ways of getting them healthy naturally :)
