I agree. Trust me. I go in there with so much research that they get annoyed. I actually told one doctor about a drug interaction he had no clue about. He played it off like "it's not a big deal". I was like "ughhh. Yeah. Seratonin syndrome is a big deal!" I'm gonna stick to this plan for now. I went poo 3 times today already since starting primal defense. I'm eating no sugar at all! It's crazy! Not an ounce! Just green veggies. Meat cooked in coconut oil.


Btw my poops break apart like dust. Not sure why? Not enough fiber? I need to get my digestion back on track. I just bought this supplement called ultimate meal. It's amazing. I also cut back on some supplements. Give my liver a break. Anyone have a good Liver Flush program? I want to beat this soooooo badly!


Also. Is the aging reversable? I read that once ur body is back in sync. Sleep cortisol etc that all goes back to where it was. Basically body heals. Skin gets better. Etc. this one lady said it took 18 months. But she did heal. Just looking for some positive. I feel like the meds are a double edge sword but are needed for short term.

Pray that I sleep tonight. I don't get any adrenaline at night. Just feel like I'm wide awake. Like my clock is messed up. Im hoping the added almond butter will help with hyglycemia.

Also. Today with primal defense and treelac I've used the bathroom 5 times. Also have small bumps on my body. Mainly on my abdomen. Could this be detox?
