Beck and adrenals

I' have a problem with fatigue and adrenals which I consider secondary to dental health and parasites. However, I started plasma rife and herbal parasite treatment in january, which changed into just zapping for about 6 weeks, then zapping plus some elements of the beck protocol lately.

the die off I had was extreme for about a month in the beginning. No die off now for quite some time, even with the BE.  I am so tired though and have pretty pronounced issues with stamina.  These problems are not seeming to improve and I'm a little worried?  I'm thinking continue o3 water and magnetic pulser and zap for maint only, possibly 2x per week.

The key here is I don't want to lose any ground I've gained with the parasites.  My digestion is working perfectly for the first time since 2006 probably which is a miracle.  And yet I am so tired I can't function at times which confuses me.  I don't know why or what to do excpet rest and take b vitamins ect..  What do ya think?
