You need to take malic acid if you do not want all the sugar from the apple juice. Pre-flush preparation is very important. This is what I recommend:

-Begin taking a stone breaker herbal formula for 2 or 3 weeks.
-In preparation for your next flush make sure you get sufficient malic acid to help soften the stones. Some say 2-3 grams but really, you should take enough to make you get a mild cleansing reaction like sludgy bowel movements. sometimes it takes 4-5g + to reach this.
-Eat lots of ginger, raw garlic, and cooked onions to desludge your liver. When I say lots, I mean lots. Don't skip this step...
-excercise

Prepare for another flush and follow through with a solid preparation. I also recommend eating only fruit for the day before the flush, and fasting on the day of the flush.
