Of course you should also avoid meat and fats the week prior to a flush. Especially fried foods. And even if you have candida, I still recommend drinking fresh apple juice. Yes it is a carbohydrate and will feed your candida. But your candida is already surviving off of the food you are eating anyway and it won't make much of a difference drinking apple juice for 1 week. But what WILL make a difference is opening up your BILE FLOW via liver flushing, which will annihilate intestinal colonies of mycelial candida automatically.
