Re: muscle pinching

thanks for the reply. I have it alot in my calf, they are constantly tingly and jumping. I have muscle ticking and twitching, and pinching all over my body. And have had it for 2 years now.
I took alot of magnesium, but it didnt help at all. The only thing that helps if i take extremely hot baths, and sweat. I usually feel not to bad for about 2 days or so, then it slowly returns. Then i have ot take another hot bath. I am thinking it is the toxins that my liver cant handle get into my muscles and skin.
Big problem is i cant tell if its die-off or fungus just getting worse producing more toxins.
